			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OK, so you survived another brutal winter w/o incident and you find yourself ready to enjoy some nice, warm Spring weather &#8212; but the cover on your pool didn&#8217;t fare quite as well. Apparently the neighbor&#8217;s dog, or a snow-crazed squirrel, ventured out onto the cover at some point, got scared, and ripped the cover in numerous places as it scampered hastily back to the side of the pool.</p>
